Project overview In 2022 the municipality of Horw reported to Itenbau AG that the fire station had tilted on one side. The fire station and the superstructures were aligned horizontally and stabilised. Press piles were installed to a depth of 30 metres and reinforcing beams were built inside and outside.
Challenges Fire service operations had to be maintained at all times. A 30-metre-long gallery for the new reinforcing beams was built.
